Pluckley Woods ghost hunt – 18th May 2012

As the summer approaches ghost hunting outdoors increases in popularity and fortunately any light rain showers will not affect our ghost hunts very much because of the cover of the trees. Which was the case this time, although the amount of mud seemed to have no relation to the amount of rain we have had recently.

The first stop, which is my usual starting point for the evening many of the guests took photos, some had light anomalies but quite a few people photographed odd mists, it wasn’t a misty night nor a cold one, so these mists are anomalous.

There was also a lot of KII activity and quite a lot of communication via our electronic devices.

There were a group of four people (not part of our group) who were obviously conducting their own ghost hunt, however they passed us in a leisurely fashion and about 10 minutes later we could hear them rushing out of the woods, one of them commented that it was a silly thing to do and they were obviously scared as they commented briefly that they photographed something which shocked them.

The second area we stopped I held a séance a male energy by the name of John came forward, he was an architect and aged approximately 30 years old. He wore round framed spectacles and had short brown hair, quite a slim build and tall, approximately 6’. He wore light brown trousers and a long sleeved white shirt with pale blue stripes. He also wore braces.

John seemed to spend most of the time standing right behind Tony (guest), the two guests either side of Tony said that Tony was shaking a lot. Ryan (guest) announced that he was feeling very unwell and nauseous. I then decided to put Ryan in the centre of the circle to protect him as there was a very nasty energy called Michael who was standing near to Ryan. Michael seemed to be a very nasty energy who wanted to cause harm, he also told me that he liked to murder people to weed out the weak. Just as we were stopping the séance some of us heard a very loud and deep growl just behind where Tony was standing. This growl did not sound like a dog or a natural animal of the woods, but more like a wolf.

In this area there was lots of KII activity and communication via the electronic equipment

From here we moved on to a new favourite area of mine, one which unnerves me because it doesn’t feel right and every time I have taken a group here something interesting has happened either to the guests or me!

Whilst standing on the path, once again lots of KII activity and ghost communication and also many footfall sounds heard in the surrounding woodland.

Using the spirit box the guests called out for spirit to say their names, which spirit happily did as well as saying “Hello” and “Thank you”

At the end of this I conducted an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena a.k.a. ghost voice experiment) and toward the end when I usually ask a question one of the guest yelped and said that they felt a poke in the back, however when the recording was played back there was a clear sound of a dog bark, which was not audible at the time.

We left this area soon after as many of the guests were feeling vulnerable, sickly or just not themselves.

Once again a very enjoyable ghost hunt with plenty of audible activity.

Bicknor Woods ghost hunt 4-5-2012

Bicknor Church & woods ghost hunt – 4th May 2012

This location never usually fails to amaze us, we were not disappointed this time, and in the past many EVPs (ghost voices) have been recorded, this time we had some excellent results.

As we started, there was high KII EMF activity at the rear of the church (in a field) and various guests reported a coldness. Whilst I was standing at a point closer to the road I noticed a male energy standing near to the church. He was about 21 years old and about 6’5” tall, a vicar and kept looking at his silver wristwatch, as if he was waiting for a congregation to arrive.

Whilst sitting in full view of the nearly full moon through the clouds many guests heard the sound of footsteps. There was also some excellent an persistent KII EMF activity seen. We can rule out that any electricity supplies were causing the KII activity because the church has no electricity supply.

Also there were energies who were communicating to the guests via our electronic equipment and I recorded many questions in the hope of recording EVPs (ghost voices). Some of these questions did get a positive response.

There were lots of temperature changes and one guest who said he felt hot, took his coat off (much to our amazement) and then asked for spirit to make him colder, which did happen very slowly.

From here we walked to the woods, which was thankfully out of the wind and light rain. Many strange noises were heard in the woods as well as approaching footfalls, although no one appeared. There were also periods of high KII activity and at one point many guests and I heard whispers and other vocal sounds. Once again no-one physical appeared.

During the laser grid experiment (we had two grids covering both directions of the path) I heard what I thought was a guest say “Pardon Me” when I turned to ask why, everyone swore that they did not hear a noise, let alone a voice, as it was extremely still in the woods. Nothing however was seen in the grid although some guests did see lights within the trees.

Further down the path I held the only séance of the evening and a male energy, who did not give me his name came forward, he was from 1670s and was in his early 20s, he told me that King Charles II was on the throne. He was a shipwright. This energy also answered some other questions via our proceeding EVP experiment. This energy proceeded to push and pull some guests, much to their surprise as the movement was very forceful. He also made many people sway (like on a boat) and there was some gentle arm movements. Toward the end of this séance Tony (guest) felt very light headed and when I asked for the energy to step close to someone to make them smile, Tony burst into an uncontrollable fit of laughter.

During the session lights were once again seen within the woods.

We finished the séance off with an EVP experiment (Electronic Voice Phenomena experiment). There was several possible spirit voices recorded however the best can be heard at:-

There were not many photos taken because as the evening progressed the rain came down heavier.

Rye Castle – 28-4-2012

Rye Castle ghost hunt 28th April 2012

After our first ghost hunt at Rye Castle in September 2011, we were really looking forward to returning, since we had a lot of unexplainable and anomalous activity. This time we and the guests were not disappointed.

The weather certainly did not help the evenings proceedings, torrential rain battered Rye all night long. Since this was a small group I decided that because of the weather we would stay in one group throughout the evening.

The First session was held on the first floor of the tower, where there was a lot of KII EMF activity and through our electronic equipment, guests we able to ascertain that there were two energies present.

The first was a male energy, who was Dutch and from the 1880s. This energy was able to communicate with the guests through our equipment and answered many of their questions.

The second, who I could see, was another male energy called George Cooper. He was 23 years old when he passed and he told me that he frequently rode a motorcycle. He was dressed from the 1970s. He was about 5’10” in height and of a slim build. He had natural blonde hair and myself and a guest (Wendy) saw him pass between us, both of us saw his long blonde hair (shoulder length).

There was also another male energy present, an American Indian although I had no communication with him.

Towards the end of the session Wendy started to shake uncontrollably and quite violently, even when she sat down the shaking continued for some time. When we were leaving the room Wendy was literally stuck on the staircase, unable to move her legs. Wendy commented that it felt like the spirits were reluctant to let her go. I took two of us to get Wendy down to the ground floor. I suggested that Wendy leave the tower for a few minutes as this would dispel an further activity on Wendy from whatever spirit had caused this. When Wendy returned, nothing bad happened to her for the rest of the evening.

Our second session was held in the Women’s Tower (a smaller tower that once housed women and children prisoners). After about five minutes Marc had to leave as he said that he wasn’t feeling well and needed some air. Marc continued listening to us from the bottom of the tower. As Marc approached the door way to the court yard he reported seeing two orange lights outside the door. When he investigated this he could not work out how this was possible from any nearby property, as the walls surrounding the courtyard are at least 20 feet high and only about 10 feet from the entrance to the Women’s Tower. Considering that it was raining heavily a light source could have only been in the sky, but this too is extremely unlikely and thus this remains unexplained.

Both Carl and Ted (Volunteer Guide) commented that the wall that they had their backs to felt as if it was moving, which is rather unlikely, but both felt the same when standing in this area.

Once again there was some KII activity recorded and some communication via our equipment for the guests, although I have no details of this apart from the fact female and child energies were present. Carl who was standing in a corner said that he too wasn’t feeling well, although he told me afterwards that he just felt angry and wanted to hit me. Many of the guests then stood exactly where Carl had stood and some of the guests reported feeling the same, although when I stood in that spot I felt nothing. Many guests also reported that the room seemed to get darker in the corners.

During the period we were in this tower I was knocking on a metal filing cabinet for spirit to repeat or copy the knocks, many of which were heard in response. Marc however who was in the downstairs room heard the same noises, but he heard them as if they had been repeated on a wooden object. There wasn’t any wooden surfaces in this tower.

Many people heard strange noises outside in the courtyard, including Marc (who was closest). We also conducted a short session in the lower room of this tower, but other than noises and sounds heard from the courtyard nothing notable happened.

When guests proceeded into the courtyard many of them felt vulnerable and exposed, whilst others including me felt serene and pleasant energies. To me it seemed a very pleasant place to relax. Had it not been raining then we would have investigated this further.

Marc and Carl held a lone vigil in one of the cells, Ted who just opened the door for them and stood outside the cell did not feel well and was affected by this experience. Whilst Carl & Marc were here they heard audible sounds, although nothing was recorded on our equipment.

Our third session was split between the first floor of the main tower and the basement area, which had at one time been the town morgue. I was on the first floor with the majority of the guests, the rest were in the basement with Marc & Carl.

Those in the basement tried a scrying experiment with some startling results, all of those who participated didn’t like the results. There was also a strange humming sound heard in this area, Ted commented that he had never heard this sound before. Just before we left Ted and Marc re-checked this area and no sound or humming could be heard.

Also in the basement, those present could smell various scents, possibly formaldehyde, this periodically moved around the room got stronger in places and faded away. Audible tapping and knocking sounds were heard in the proximity of the ceiling of the basement, although the EVP experiment held here did not reveal anything.

I held a proper séance this time and a female energy called Janet Wansley came forward. She was in her early 20s and came across as being a housekeeper or someone who lived in this tower when it was a home. She had dark brown hair and piercing blue eyes, very similar to some Irish people. Many of the guests, especially Virginia noted Janet had a lovely warm energy and was very vibrant in her actions. Janet proceeded to physically touch guests and move our arms and push us forwards and backwards. At one point everyone was swaying from side to side.

I conducted various EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena experiments – a.k.a. ghost voice experiments) through the entire evening. Out of all the recordings six were definite ghost voices, the best three you can listen to at:-

Several photographs were taken but nothing strange or anomalous was reported by anyone.

Once again a very enjoyable and exciting investigation and one which we hope to return to later in the year as we would like to investigate the courtyard, hopefully next time it will not be raining.

Pluckley Screaming Woods – 27-4-2012 (Paranormal Investigator)

Pluckley Screaming Woods ghost hunt – 27th April 2012

Arriving at one of the recognised spots, deep within the woods, where paranormal activity and past investigations have occurred, we briefed the guests on the basic use of various pieces of equipment, associated with “ghost hunting”.

The night was probably the quietest and stillest ever encountered without a breath of wind and clear, starlit sky with the beginnings of the new moon cycle. All in all, these conditions present an excellent opportunity to procure EVP recordings and remain totally aware of the surrounding environment. All that could be heard from the outset were the calls of owls in the distance!

Embarking on the “investigation” trail, several members of the group, armed with KII EMF Meters, Pro Ghost Meters, and similar equipment, noted readings from the outset, ranging from a mere 0.2 milligauss )mG) on the MEL Meter to a constant red light reading, simultaneously, on three separate KII meters.

These readings were of particular importance as there is absolutely no possibility of any background Electro Magnetic Field influence arising from electrically generated apparatus or power lines etc, so far into the woods themselves.

The Ovilus PX unit, a piece of kit specifically designed in the USA for “digitally dowsing” the surrounding atmosphere and environment, containing a pre supplied, vocabulary of approximately three thousand words, was also being utilised by members of the group.

Enabling spirit or astral presences, to “communicate” via this digital vocabulary, using full words, or even phonetically, the unit offers a great opportunity to support and substantiate other evidence gathered from equipment being used in tandem.

An excellent example of this liaison, on this particular vigil, was highlighted when the Pro Ghost Meter identified a “contact” and subsequent questioning by the guests, seeking a simple yes/no response. Establishing the name of the contact as “Tom” and the possibility that this contact was a highwayman, originally from the Leeds/York area, the Ovilus produced words such as “horses”, “York”, “Tom” and more.

Strangely enough, on this occasion, a PSB-7 unit, scanning white noise frequencies a short distance away, also blurted out the name “Tom” simultaneously! Coincidence or not, the resulting information and responses proved convincing to our guests who continued to make intermittent contact with “Tom” throughout the course of the vigil in this spot.

Most surprising of all, whilst using the Ovilus PX, the surname of two of the guests was called out from the unit clearly astounding all present! There is no explanation for this anomalous happening.

Grouping together for an hand held vigil and séance, myself and Carl remained outside of the Circle and moved off, approximately three to four hundred yards in another direction.

Carrying out several EVP’s, calling out as we walked, the resulting data appears to hold little of interest. Simultaneously, photographs were taken with no apparent anomalous results.

During the séance, we all clearly heard cows mooing in the distance, a strange occurrence to record, as the possibility of hearing this, so far into the woods, with any surrounding fields far too far away, is extremely unlikely, in view of the stillness of the night, absolutely no wind whatsoever and total quietness.

The sound ceased as quickly as it had started and was not recorded further for the remainder of the vigil.

I broke away with a small group (mother, daughter Sydney, father, and their son, who remained in the background and did not appear to want to participate,) and engaged in a very short EVP. As the recording was replayed on the spot, clear, class A audible whispering, of a female voice, could be heard saying “Aah! It’s Cold” and then almost immediately afterwards, “men are in the village”. Subsequent downloading and analysis of this EVP has resulted in some heated debate of the content and has now been posted on the GHE website.

Whilst the guests were taken to other areas within the woods, and calling out, EVP and photography continued, there does not appear to be anything further of any major interest from my perspective resulting, though my colleagues and, perhaps the guests, may well have provided something in the interim?

Red Lion Hotel – 14-4-2012 Part 3

The Red Lion Hotel, Colchester. Essex – 14th April 2012

Ever since our first ghost hunt at the Red Lion Hotel back in January 2012, we as a team thoroughly look forward to visiting the Red Lion Hotel in Colchester and every time we go more activity and unexplainable episodes are experienced by us and our guests. So our expectations were high, but we were not disappointed.

My designated area for the evening was the cellar, the first group of people were all new to ghost hunting, however spirit energies came forward to provide them with some evidence. We were first joined by a male energy called James, he was about 28 years old and of a slim build and a round face, he gave me the impression that he was a religious man and connected with the church. He gave the year as 1930. James started to use his energy to move us, by gently moving the guest’s arms. Lucy (guest) felt a very odd sensation in her arm, like pins and needles and goose bumps. Kristein (guest) also saw lights and shadows at the other end of the cellar.

Carolanne (guest) said she felt child energies and had the desire to sign patriotic Vera Lynn songs from WWII. During this time I was being swayed left to right, which I didn’t notice until one of the guests mentioned it to me.

When I was calling out for spirit to copy a whistle, some of the guests heard whistles whilst I was talking and one guest heard a whistle in repeat of what I asked for. Audible sound played an important role during the ghost hunt and after a beer barrel was tapped, everyone heard footsteps within the cellar. At one point we all heard a strange groaning sound which I thought came from our remote cameras, other guests however thought it came from outside. On inspection of the footage recorded from this session the groaning sounds more like it actually came from the remote camera than outside.

There was also a female energy present, she was rather nervous and about 16 or 17 years old who had long ginger hair and wearing a very flowery summer dress.

When I asked spirit to make someone smile, Lucy started to laugh out loud, which is exactly what I asked for in my head, as I felt the energies would be able to make people laugh for no real reason.

A Second World War soldier was also present, his name was Matt but that is all the information he gave me.

After we broke the séance circle, myself and Lucy found it quite difficult to let go as it felt that both of us were “stuck” together with an invisible force.

During this session, many noises, footfalls and whistles were heard all within the cellar, the electronic equipment; K2 and Ion meters all registered high levels of activity.

 

The second group to the cellar felt completely different to me, the energies that were here in the first session had moved on and a male energy by the name of Alfred came forward, he was local man, aged in his late 60s, with greying hair, quite a stocky build who wore a flat cap and was what I would call a typical granddad type. He told me that he tendered an allotment which was straight down the high street. One of the guests (who lived locally) confirmed that this information is correct.

During the resulting séance, strange creaking sounds were heard by all, as if someone was walking on creaky floorboards, however there are no floorboards in this area. Many lights were seen by the guests as well as cold spots.

Alfred did attempt to touch and move some of the guests, however not all guests felt his energy. As I explained to the guests that Alfred would not have touched women (the group was all female) in his physical life and therefore he took those values with him into his spiritual life.

 

The third group to the cellar once gain had a completely different feeling and we were almost immediately joined by a First World War soldier, whose name was Captain Timothy West, standing about 5’11” wearing round spectacles and sporting a moustache. He was 22 or 23 years of age and carried a crop or stick and wore brown leather boots. Timothy happily started to move the arms of the guests, mainly backwards but would only push the male guests, forwards, backwards and from side to side. Many guests including myself had pains in our ankles which I attributed to Timothy as he was the only spirit energy present. Many of the guests felt cold spots however after about 30 minutes Timothy left us and the cellar felt completely flat. I then decided we would enter the cellar of the coffee shop since this area felt very active on my first visit to the Red Lion Hotel.

Once everyone was seated comfortably in the coffee shop cellar, we all heard a sound that resembled someone crushing a plastic bag. Whilst in this area guests and myself were asking out for spirit to copy rapping sounds and some responses were heard by everyone. Our K2 meters detected lots of activity and during an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena – a.k.a. ghost voice) experiment the K2 meter registered highly after every question that was asked, however at the time we heard nothing audible. However on analyses of the recordings many voices were heard, the best examples can be heard below.

Then we heard what sounded like someone rifling through a box of crisps, knocking the box over and running away. I sent Sean (cameraman) up to the coffee shop as I envisaged that someone had entered the coffee shop and was stealing the produce, I followed Sean and the both of us expected to see someone in the coffee shop, or at least the door open. However when we opened the door to the cellar, there was nothing out of place, nor any boxes knocked over, nor in fact any crisp packets within the establishment. One of my team members was outside at this time and on speaking to him he was stood outside for the last ten minutes and saw and heard nothing that could have been responsible for the sounds that we heard. In video footage for this instance the clarity of the sounds we heard is very audible and on watching this you can probably understand our reaction; that someone had broken into the shop.

All of the guests felt the need to leave the cellar and follow us into the main coffee shop.

From this point on we then had a 30 minute window where we allowed the guests a free roam of the hotel, many of these guests re-visited areas in which they felt the most activity or participated in an activity that they enjoyed the most. Three guests and Sean re-visited the cellar to the coffee shop to see whether the spirit energies could re-create the sounds that we heard moment earlier, however after 20 minutes they returned as nothing was heard.

Once again a very successful ghost hunt at the Red Lion Hotel and an evening where all guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and experienced all manners of the spiritual activity that the Red Lion Hotel can offer. It is an exceptionally spiritually active hotel and we as a team are looking forward to our next visit in August 2012 and subsequent visits later in the year.

As a sub note, I usually do not sleep after a ghost hunt, as we have a lot of equipment to pack up after our ghost hunts, but this was the first time that I decided I would actually have some sleep (3.5 hours) and as I was lying in bed the bed seemed to jump or jolt, which I thought to be strange and just as I was about to fall asleep I heard a female energy whisper in my ear “Hello”, had I not been very tired I would have investigated this more, but I shall leave this until our return in August. My room was room 10, which is a known haunted room, allegedly the room of the resident ghost Alice Millar.

Molland House ghost hunt

Molland House Ghost Hunt on 25th February 2012

Our first session was upstairs in one of the bedrooms, I chose this room because it was nearest to the “Haunted room” and furthest away from a colleague who was watching and controlling our remote cameras. One of these cameras was positioned opposite the doorway to the room we were all in.

Our K2 metres picked up on lots of energy at various times and then a male energy aged in his late 60s stepped forward. He gave me the impression that he was quite strict, although he would not tell me his name he implied that he owned the house in 1760s. This male energy would have stood about 5’10” but he appeared to me bent over with a spinal disorder. This male energy stayed around long enough for reasonable communication via our electronic equipment.

During this period we heard lots of noise downstairs, like someone entering the house and walking up the stairs. This was not possible because the front door was locked from the inside.

When talking to Carl (who was downstairs throughout the investigation) he said that he had heard a door slam and although he investigated this he could not find a door that could slam as most had automatic door closers on them.

From this room we went up into the attic room where an 8 or 9 year old boy made himself known to me. He was called Emmanuel or Manny for short. He passed over with small pox. During the time here more noises were heard and mumbling which all guests heard at one stage or another, since it wasn’t a windy night this mumbling could not be explained. Whispering could also be heard by some guests and Sean (who was filming) heard a female whisper “Manny” on the landing of the stairs. Several guests also felt cold spots.

After a short break we headed into the “haunted room” which two of our guests were staying overnight in. Danielle (guest) and some other guests used Danielle’s Aura glasses and tried some scrying in the mirror, everyone saw an older lady transfigured over whoever stood in the middle of the room.  A male energy made himself know to me. He was aged in his mid-30s with a tall and stocky build and came across as a very angry energy who said that he was falsely accused of rape. He hung for his crime. Many guests including myself saw lots of strange shadows in the room and more or less at exactly midnight Carole (guest) felt very unwell. Danielle said she had experienced a similar feeling the night before at around midnight. Our respective K2 metres picked up varying activity through the session.

In another room a male energy came forward he wasn’t associated with the house and told me his name was Colin Gyllyanvase, which sounded familiar to me as it is a Cornish name and he was in fact a Cornishman, aged in his 30s and a spirit energy who was just visiting. Whilst I was communicating with this energy many guests heard footsteps on the landing and other tapping noises.

After this we headed into the very strange cellar which was quite big albeit low celings, but the cellar had two entrances, one near the main staircase and the other near to the Kitchen, I and some guests stayed in the cramped conditions whilst some remained in the bigger part of the cellar. Those guests asked spirit to copy three knocks and immediately the fluorescent light flashed on and off. Then they heard noises from upstairs, and were about to investigate when my group came back and the noises stopped.  According to those people the noises sounded like someone or something scraping their feet on the floor or gravel.

We have recorded quite a few light anomalies from our remote cameras, too many to feature on our website or our Social Media channels. These however will be available on our TV website which will be launched in March or early April 2012.

Perry Wood (private group) Ghost Hunt – 24/6/2011

Perry Wood – 24th June 2011
After leaving the car park in the rain we made our way up the hill to where I have felt that it was the spookiest.

We started taking photos etc. but although some shots had orbs in them it is perfectly reasonable that some of the orbs captured could be rain droplets, however I categorise them that if an orb looks flat then it is more likely to be rain, pollen or an insect. If however it is 3D or looks more spherical then I believe these orbs to be of a spiritual nature.

Next we held a séance as my K2 metre was showing that there was indeed spiritual activity, I could already sense the energy, but I thought that it would be better to hold a séance so that the energy could make himself known to the group (Graham, Debbie, Laura & Scott). The male energy stood approximately 6’3″ in height, about 47-50 years old had dark brown or black short hair, a neatly trimmed beard and was of slim build by the name of Geoffrey. He wore a smart Green/Olive short sleeved shirt, with a black tie and had the air of authority about him. There was also a female energy present, she was in her early 20s and called Lerren, but she seemed shy and did not want to communicate.

During the séance Geoffrey started to move Laura and my hands very slowly and then twisted them until it hurt. The energy made his way around the circle trying to manipulate each person or to make them feel something. This largely proved unsuccessful, although there were little pushes or movements. Then the energy decided to do something different and make people to feel sick. He started with Laura who suddenly felt ill and nauseous. Laura said she needed to sit down as she thought she was tired, but as soon as she left the circle she felt fine. Within a matter of minutes everyone was feeling that same sickly feeling with the exception of me, but then as if a switch was turned on I too felt a strange sickness. I likened it to having a hangover and that throaty sickly feeling where you know you’ll feel better after being sick. Since this wasn’t a pleasant feeling I told the energy to stop that immediately. However shortly after this lights were seen by everyone quite close to the circle and further afield. Debbie & Scott saw lights on their own hands, Graham saw them in the distance, as did Laura who was sitting down. I didn’t see anything.

Then Graham thought he saw a real person behind Debbie as it looked solid, I decided to break the circle so that we could check and it turned out that it would have been impossible for a person to have been standing where Graham had seen something as the person would have had to have been 15′ tall, as the path slopes downwards. Various lights and humanoid shapes were then seen by Debbie, Scott and I and the whole group became very jumpy. As Scott pointed out some of the lights looked like a laser pointer or a laser target point others looked like a very bright torch. During this time we heard no-one approach or torches and since it was still raining that was unlikely.

Several photos were taken at this time and strange mists were captured, odd coloured orbs and at one point Debbie asked what she thought was Scott a question (it was a tree) but more worryingly she got an answer.

After we had calmed down we walked to the lookout point and although it seemed quite spiritually quiet there seemed to be a female energy that wanted to show her energy. As she stood just to me right I held my hand out and immediately felt her warmth. It seemed as if heat was rising from the ground, but the energy wanted to pull my hand downwards. I asked everyone else to put their hands where mine were and everyone felt the heat and the pressure. Then I asked the energy to do something, but without telling the group what I had asked for. Shortly afterwards Scott started to feel this and it became visibly apparent. Then I told everyone and they all confirmed that they too had felt the same but thought they were doing themselves. I had asked the energy to close their hands to make a fist.

When we were walking back towards the car park Graham commented that as soon as we walked from the relative openness of the lookout & what used to be a mill he felt anxious as we entered the wooded area where all the strangeness happened earlier.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves with the activity that had taken place and everyone had some personal evidence of some kind.
